If you like shoddy grading and a complete lack of integrity, this is the place for you. They did great until they had all my money. Once paid in full, it was like pulling teeth to get them to answer the phone. They were supposed to put salt in my pool that was included with the $37k price tag, but that never happened. My pool started flooding after every hard rain and Jeff said, "yeah, we will be out there tomorrow." That happened over and over, and he said, "I promise I will answer your call tomorrow." Great company
This project started in January of 2019...Day 1175…still no crew returned to finish the pool! Again we are waiting on your company to smooth the liner, trim out the skimmers and jets…and make sure they are operative. Also waiting for the installation of the hand rails and pool start up. We have waited long enough to enjoy our own back yard. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! A 1 STAR is way too generous!!
Jeff and Butch recently completed a 20x40 inground vinyl pool which exceeds my expectations. I get it, they may not always answer the phone right that minute, however Jeff always got back to me. The concrete guys are amazing and great electrical service too. I will and have recommended them to my friends, family and neighbors. In fact, one of my neighbors recommended crystal clear pool company rather than the company they used. Jeff has been out one time to change a breaker and I fact he showed up within a hour.
