We have had our salt water pool for 4 years. Eric was helpful in selection for our needs. He oversaw the project from start to finish.. his employees were knowledgable and thorough. We had a pleasant experience!
Horrible company to deal with. We got several quotes from pool companies in our area so we could find the best fit for our new pool. The owner came out and told us he would be on our project until it was complete. We never saw the owner until it was time to pay. No project manager on our job and after almost a year, our pool is still not finished. So many problems and things they forgot to install on our pool because no one was around to oversee the project. Not the experience I was hoping for when building a pool. Great salesmanship and thats about it. You will be told what you want to hear to close the deal and half of it won't be true. Issues with dirt removal, getting the iPad control feature that was in the contract - we were given various excuses why we couldn't get it. Finally we got it and it works NOTHING like described. Very disappointed in the way business was handled. 8 week projected turned into 5 month project & still not complete.
**** did a great sales job. we had a great relationship and i even recommended him to others at the beginning...i am embarrassed now that i ever did so .....he was very interactive up front. once i signed the contract everything fell apart. the project took more than double time to complete. lots of problems and incompletions. i had to constantly remind him to come back to come back and finish. he never did. i had a huge punch list and he ignored it. ....i am now experiencing lots of problems 5 years later and he won't respo... read more

It seems as his problems were not in installation on my end but a manufacturing issue that is currently being handled by the manufacturers.
