I called Crystal Clear Pool Service to get my sand changed in my sand filter. Tom and his wife came out. I needed additional service and after spending in hour and a half talking, we agreed for him to do the work starting the next day and I would also begin utilizing their monthly service. The next day he never showed up. The day after that, I received a text that he wouldn't be doing the work. He wasted my time with a lot of talk about what he could do or have done only to be lying.
