Last year, we had a pool installed and initially hired a company to help manage it while I learned the ropes. Unfortunately, that company was not Crystal Clear Pools. Since opening the pool earlier this year, we were barely able to use it due to persistent issues that the company couldn’t resolve. Rather than problem-solving, they kept adding more chemicals throughout the summer without fixing the problem. Terrible company 0 compassion terrible work and would never recommend them they got mad and yelled at me over the phone because the check was in the mail and they said it was my fault for not sending it before the job was done which was our agreement to send it the day it was done and I did I have the paperwork to prove it. Careless owner doesn’t actually care about how good his work is done or how good his company is run as long as he is paid he doesn’t care. I had been looking for a local pool service for several years. I was really happy to find Crystal Clear Pools last year (2023). I was having an issue with out-of-control algae growth that had compounded over the years. Ben worked with me to get it under control and clear up the problem. It was so nice to know he was coming each week to keep my pool water clear, vacuum and clean. Opening and closing was a plus! I am certainly contracting with him again this year!
