Complete disaster and theft. They charged us $1800 to replace pool pump which they said was not functional. They never replaced it and pool got in the worst situation. They were also our pool maintenance company who never maintained the pool and it took the shape for the worst. They asked us to pay for a year in advance and now they have stopped showing up. I went with Kuykendahl pools aka Crystal Pools September, of 2020. We had just built our dream pool and were looking for a weekly service( Friday was our scheduled day) We constantly utilize pool on the weekends day and night. The FIRST month was great! Shortly afterr, our service steadily declined drastically. Pool cleaners were coming all days of the week and with less than satisfactory cleaning. Do not take any reviews/recommendations from anyone living in New Harmony-Wendtwoods neighborhood on Nextdoor as current ones recommend her scam businesses.
