Contacted this company about getting pool water delivered. Bob said not a problem he could be here tomorrow. Well that’s the only thing he got right. Ensured us that the water was treated chlorine water, it is not. Only brought enough to fill 1/2 of the pool and informed us that to fill the rest would be double the amount he quoted us!!! Called On 6/24/2022 left a message. Bob called med back a 1/2 he later. Bob gave me a quote of $500.00 asked for my name and address. I asked if I needed to be home he said yes. So we agreed on the following Tuesday 6/28/2022 since I was off. He told me gets the water in New Bedford Shawmet ave, I said great I don’t live far from there. He gave me a quote of $500 said to text him the info and he would deliver the next day. I texted him with no response so I called to ensure he received the details. I was ignored. I called again hours later and left a message requesting a call back. None. Called back on the next morning to be ignored. Sent him a text letting him know he was unprofessional and should not commit to a job just to ignore people. Then he called let it ring once and hung up. Unbelievable.
