Jim Jagt is always pleasantly friendly, efficient at his skills and leaves everything working great . I have used Carefree Crystal Clear Pool Service for many years and appreciate owner John Stugart coming by to assure all is well.....it is.
We're first time pool owners. Jim was great. Even though I'd watched a ton of videos on cleaning a DE filter, I knew there would be at least one thing that would stump me. Sure enough, there were several things that would have stumped me if I'd have tried to clean it myself. Luckily Jim knew exactly what to do and didn't mind explaining things to me. They’re very responsive whenever we need service, whether it’s routine maintenance or a repair. Great experience with the team at Crystal Clear from start to finish. They always show up on their scheduled day, which has been a huge difference compared to other pool services we’ve used in the past that are unreliable and no show. The team is very communicative and respectful to us as customers, and the quality of their maintenance is outstanding every time they come. It’s clear they know what they’re doing.
