I have been using their service for 3 years noe. Crystal pool shop has amazing customer service. Technically sound and always go over an beyond in their servicing making sure your pool is always in pristine condition. I would highly recommend them for their delivery and customer service.
On a recommendation from a friend we contacted Terry and the team to bring our pool back to life. Terry was prompt and efficient and quoted only what we required and explained everything very clearly. The end result - amazing, the pool has been drained, acid washed, refilled, converted to mineral salt and looks incredible. All of this done whilst we were away. Shout out to this great team at Crystal clear. Been going there for years & never had an issue. Above all, I respect & appreciate their honesty, especially when they test our pool water. Never over recommend, just sell us what’s needed. Highly recommended.
