Ive been a customer there for many years. I bought a part for my Barracuda from them and it broke after a couple of weeks. I Took it back and they have me a replacement. All good. The replacement part broke again so i went back with the broken part. A woman ( I believe Leah Wilson) there wouldn't replace the part. I suggested that it might be.a bad batch.
