Previously, we had a problem with our pool turning green, pump sucking air and all that. Our previous pool service guy couldn't explain why so many of his pools were turning green or had "black spots" etc. We paid nearly 200 dollars extra for all the chemicals needed to "shock" the pool; and less than two months later the same scenario.
