Ah, what a delightful experience it was working with this pool company. I will preface this by saying I had used them in the past and had good service. But, more recently, I would say their customer service is so top-notch that it was practically non-existent. After calling them out to repair a leak on my pump, which they did not actually repair (but they did invoice me), I tried for days, over a period of a few weeks, to get them to come back out -- left phone messages, text messages, and submitted the form on their website... read more

We were having a problem with our automatic pool vacuum. CCP came out fast and diagnosed the issue. Then came back a second time to fine tune the system. Way above and beyond expectations! Cory and his team are experts. Knowledgeable, dependable and our pool vacuum has never worked better.
Kind, courteous, expert pool services. Always punctual.
