Love this business ! Why.. I have been a pool owner for 30 years. Several years ago this business opened in my town and my pool has never been so easy to maintain. They never sell me chemicals I do not need. They are so courteous and price competitive.
Business owner are crooks. Assumed the address of the delivery was my parents but they were all wrong. Instead sent the hot tub I purchased to Auburn not Cicero. Owner Pete flipped out at the store. Then is attempting to charge us 500.00 for a new delivery of the hot tub which is insane when they can’t hold themself accountable for their mess up. Pin the entire situation on us. I have had an outstanding experience with Crystal Clear Pools. They have opened and closed my pool for years, but this year, for the first time I’ve decided to do biweekly service. My pool has never looked better. They are prompt, efficient, reasonably priced and they do a great job. They’ve taken all the stress out of my pool maintenance. Jim is approachable and helpful anytime I’ve had a question and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Shout out to Jim! We are home owners in the market for a new home. Recently we were preparing to make an offer on a home but needed to be sure we could install our dream pool! Without hesitation Jim checked out our circumstances and reassured us it was possible so that we could confidently submit our offer. Unfortunately our offer wasn't accepted but what a great connection! Thanks goes out to Jim and his company. Hopefully we will reconnect soon!
We are so thrilled with our Purchase! Jim & Pete, the owners went above & beyond! Helped with financing with Empower. Now just waiting for our dream Spa to be delivered! There may be bigger Hot tubs but not better! We got all the features we cared about for $12,900! Can't wait!!
