Came and did a good job cleaning out the Lil water and and debris with my shop vac after was suppose to come for many days I paid her $100.00 she stated it was for the first chemicals and vacuum, insisted I filled up the pool completely, and that cost me hundreds of dollars and they never came bk, they kept having excuses after excuses and wouldn’t answer my calls, Guess even after you know someone basically your whole life you actually don’t know them at all she even blocked me where I couldn’t contact her at all so there ... read more

Really thought a bad review I had read was posted by a disgruntled friend. Wish now I had taken it seriously. I paid Crystal $300, in advance unfortunately, to open my pool. Day one she did get the debris out. Gave me a list of chemicals to pick up and said she’d be back that evening for the second step.
