We used this company for 2 complete bathroom renovations. We bought fitted bathroom units from howdens and everything else (toilet, bidet, shower, bath, taps, etc) in readiness for the job. From day one there were always issues. Luke seemed extremely nice, but not great at problem solving nor professional and perfectionist. Please do not use this company. They are the worst plumbers i have had ever seen. I over tightened up a radiator fitting and caused a leak. £43 call out and £84 per half hr. He sorted out the leak and put new valves on radiator, worst job I've ever seen. He used compressions joints instead of solder looks disgusting. Cost was £300 He managed to make it last one and a half hours. Please DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY COMPANY
Superb service and work, and excellent value. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am a woman living alone, and felt totally safe and happy with Crystal Clear Plumbing working in my home.
