Our basement ejector pump stopped working disabling our ability to soften water and wash clothes. I call this morning and Pedro came by this afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested a quick fix. He finished in less than an hour leaving the area in better shape than when he arrived. Thanks Pedro!
March, 2026 we had a faucet in our utility room break on us. We received a recommendation from a friend to try a local company, Crystal Clear Plumbing. I spoke to Penny on the phone who was awesome. She moved some appointments of hers aside, and had a plumber at our house within a few hours. Jared arrived and replaced the faucet quickly. The whole process could not have worked out better! Crystal Clear Plumbing was excellent! The appointment process was great because I was able to pick the day I wanted service. They arrived promptly, set up cloths to protect my house and did it all at a great price and quickly. I will recommend them to anyone who asks and will use them again.
