I'd rate them 10 stars if I could. Jared came out to do the estimate--he's knowledgeable, cordial, professional, respectful of our home and eager to solve problems. The man who did the water heater install was equally as impressive. The cost was well under what we had been led to expect and the heater was excellent quality. Had my third toilet installed. The plumbers we very neat and quick . They previously installed my hot water tank, removed my broken garbage disposal as well as another toilet installed. I highly recommend them. Great job! Today I had Crystal Clear Plumbing fix a leak in an old pipe in my crawl as well as replacing the main turn off switch also in crawl . As usually it was a smooth , and neat install . I would certainly recommend them to everyone .
Very efficient and professional team! Our daughter got a rubber duckie stuck in the toilet and they were able to fix it right away. About a week later another rubber duckie got stuck in the toilet. They did another super job of fixing it and they even gave us a discount! (I suppose for being repeat customers 😅). Well, a few days later we got a package in the mail.
