I've moved more and bought homes more than 18 times, and I can say that this was the most stressful and disturbing experience using them that I ever had. My mortgage broker made it even worse. I paid off the mortgage less than a year after taking it out with them, about two years ago now. To this day, they will NOT leave me alone, repeatedly sending notices about "my - mortgage could have a new monthly payment of -..." I do NOT still have a mortgage with them.
