I ordered a 3D Photo Crystal from Crystal Clear Memories as a gift. Although they have good reviews, I was still a bit nervous about placing the order since I had no experience with this company. I had absolutely NO reason to be nervous. The photo crystal looked amazing and was absolutely perfect. I am already planning on purchasing 3 more as gifts for my sons and their families. Beautiful heart-shaped crystal with my personal photo laser engraved perfectly inside. I added the round lighted base. A perfect gift. Ordering process was easy including uploading the jpg photo file. Fast shipping the day after placing order. Emails kept me informed of status and provided names and numbers of customer service if I had any questions or concerns. Very well packaged to protect fragile contents.
