The lady who did my test was great. She put me at ease. Great place.
Continually poor service, they have had multiple issues in getting the right insurance billed. Will go elsewhere for my imaging - after two cancellations!
Went from Dr's appt to get an x-ray done on my leg n hip. Today was a good experience, the lady who took care of me listened to my limited mobility and worked with my issues and I thank her for that because my experience b4 this time wasnt n didn't go as needed, so needless to say it wasn't done. But on other hand I have always chosen to go there rather than other place's. So I will still chose to, even through had few bad apples there it was only one time. I arrived really early to my appointment at Crystal Clear. My appointment was at 8:30am and i had arrived at 8am. I figured i would be waiting the entire time, but to my suprise they went ahead and took me back and completed both things i needed done. The staff was extremely kind and explained every detail of what they were doing the entire time. I was out if there by 8:25am which was 5 minutes pre my original time. This truly is a great place to go. :)
Very quick and friendly was in and out in 20 minutes
The imaging was fine. The billing department is horrible. I have been waiting for a refund of $270 for three months. Would never recommend.
