I’ve called four times. I’ve left voicemails and filled out the form on their website. I’ve had no response in over a week. They must be out of business.
We had them out to repair a leak in our tub. Fixed it nicely and also gave us some tips on chemicals and maintenance. Showed up when we expected them. Very knowledgeable about hot tubs. I'd use them again.
Wouldn't recommend this company! I had hired another company to fix the heat issue on my hot tub. He came out and gave me a whole list of items to purchase to fix the issue. He wasn't real confident in his diagnosis so I didn't call him to come back. I then called Mike with Crystal Clear and he came out. I told him the story with the other company and what parts I had. I asked him to install the parts I already ordered and to fix my heat issue. I paid him almost $600 for labor and diagnosis to fix my heat issue. He left and ... read more
My fiance and I recently purchased a new home with an existing hot tub. It seemed to work okay but we wanted someone to come and check it out. I called about five other companies and Mike was the only one who called me back. He came out and did a diagnostic and confirmed it was in good shape. He came out the next day and drained and thoroughly cleaned the tub, filled it, got the water chemistry just right, and taught us how to care for it, all for a very reasonable price.
