I ripped one of my ear cones and needed it to be replaced. Keith and his wife instructed me to come on in the next date that they were up in Blue Jay. Keith took the time to catch up with how I was doing as he replaced my damaged hearing aid component. He was very attentive and helpful as we discussed changes in hearing aid technology. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so mishandled that I feel obligated to warn others. If I could give a zero stars rating, I would. My father purchased hearing aids under a trial period that ended on December 28. Multiple attempts were made before the trial period ended to return the hearing aids, yet the office refused to accept them and hid behind technicalities, poor communication, and silence.
