Crystal is GREAT!!! Very kind, encouraging and knowledgeable! Started with some rolling, did some circuit training & ended with stretching. Air conditioned training area & a dog for emotional supportš„¹ couldnāt ask for a better exercise environment!!! Thanks Crystal!Ā
I've been attending a small group fitness class with Crystal for a few months now and it has been great! She is so attentive and accommodating to everyone's individual needs as we are all at different fitness levels. I personally have seen a lot of improvement. For example, I could not even get up from the floor exercises without assistance, now I can, and my flexibility is improving little by little. I am also a little less sore each week. I started seeing Crystal while I was training for a marathon. I needed to add some strength training into my marathon training routine. Crystal had a plan for me that she created based on many physical factors. I was 52 years old when I completed my marathon this year. Shes an awesome individual and has a wonderful work approach, lots of energy,super vibrant and very positive!! Makes exercising fun and something to loom forward to in order to reach fitness goals.
