I was very nervous at the beginning because I went by myself and I got trauma from cleaning ear when I was a kid. My ears got blocked because of the usage of otitis ear drop. I told Judy that I was nervous she tried to calm me down and explained every procedure to me while doing the ear suction. It was really gentle and comfortable comparing to me using cotton sticks to clean my ears.
