I was very happy with my visit to Crystal Clear Ears at Glen Waverley. Narelle was my nurse, she was so lovely, and very gentle. My ears felt much better afterwards. I will definitely be going there again.
Had my very blocked ears cleaned out. It was not an easy task, as it was hard and stuck on. The amazing lady worked hard and did not give up until both ears were cleared. She was very patient and calm the whole time and it made the process as pleasant as it could be. Highly recommend if you need your ears unblocked.
The whole team at The Ear Nurses at Crystal Clear Ears Glen Waverley were so warm and welcoming, making my visit completely stress-free and pain-free. Huge thanks to all the staff , and a special shout-out to Cindy for taking care of my precious ears .
The staff here are amazing. On time and Jen was excellent. The process took no more than 10 minutes. No discomfort and I can hear beautifully. I will definitely be a returning customer.
