The staff here are amazing. On time and Jen was excellent. The process took no more than 10 minutes. No discomfort and I can hear beautifully. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Narelle at the Glen Waverley centre attended to me today. She was very proficient while removing the object from my ear and her personality and manner made me feel relaxed and confident. I would recommend Narelle without hesitation.
Jen is extremely professional, patient, and absolutely wonderful with children. My daughter needed her ear wax removed over two sessions, and Jen made the whole process calm and comfortable. My daughter said she’s delighted to have clean ears now—but the only downside is that she won’t get to see Jen again! Highly recommend Jen for anyone needing ear care, especially for little ones.
