We are a household of busy adults in our 20s working full time and going to college and as such we often fall behind on chores. Ms. Crystal came in and conquered! I’m conflicted about my experience. Crystal was very nice—we arranged a day/time for deep clean. She said it would take 4-6 hours and that she had a crew that usually does deep cleans, but she oversees them. Close to our appointment time, she said she was waiting on a package and pushed the time back a little bit—no big deal. The new time came and went and still hadn’t heard from her. Just call Crystal. Don't even bother looking at anyone else. I called Crystal for services a few months ago when I was put on bedrest at the end of my pregnancy. My home had been neglected for a while due to a rough pregnancy and I was stressed coming up on my induction wanting my home to be clean. And she made it happen!
