Horrible front desk extremely rude and disrespectful and refused to schedule an appointment after they confirmed it.

My child began counseling here with Tamara Fields. Two weeks into counseling I was asked to change our agreed upon session day and time. After the first session at the new time, Tamara mentioned she changed my child's appointment time because she "wanted her off day back".Then, there were no appointments during school holidays as if she was affiliated with KISD.
