The technician, Leo, performed a thorough dryer vent cleaning and even found some bird nesting material in the outer vent cap! He explained how dangerous that could’ve been. He also did a quick inspection of our HVAC and noted we had some dust buildup. I scheduled a blower cleaning and now everything works more efficiently. The guys explained everything step by step, showed me how much buildup was in the system, and took the time to clean every vent thoroughly.
