Crystal Cleaning is in a class of their own "World Class" rating fits the bill for Crystal Cleaning. I would highly recommend them without reservation. Crystal was founded by the current owner's mother. Everything that they do is with a sense of pride and in service to their customers/clients. They are more expensive yes, but worth every penny. First Choice for Fine Apparel With all due respect, I'm not sure the other reviewers who have commented here really understand the market niche that is filled by Crystal Cleaners. This is not the place to take your everyday button-down shirts from Banana Republic. This is the place to take your $2500 dress from Neiman Marcus, your irreplaceable vintage tablecloths, your silk-and-wool custom suit from Italy. OF COURSE Crystal Cleaners is expensive. ex customer I have taken my very good cleaning to Crystal Cleaning Center Twice now, and I will not be returning. Both times they gave me not truthful excuses why I had to wait almost 25 minutes the first time, today the same excuse, I asked the clerk what she was doing with my sweater she said she was debilitating it. She had told me when I came to get them, they only had to be bagged. The price was outrageous.
