They are always friendly and my clothes look amazing
This business deserves better ratings, speaking from personal experience. I've used their services 5 times within the last year. They've done my basic dry cleaning, hemmed pants, and even removed awful stains from an expensive pair that I felt impossible to remedy. Very reasonably priced and usually takes 7-10 days.
I've been going to Crystal Cleaners since I moved to the area and have had a consistently great experience. The staff is pleasant and focused on their work, which I appreciate — no time wasted on small talk. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of their work is excellent. I drop off 10-12 dress shirts every week and have never had any issues.
There seems to be no one there to answer the phone when I call. That can get frustrated
