I've been going to Crystal Cleaners since I moved to the area and have had a consistently great experience. The staff is pleasant and focused on their work, which I appreciate — no time wasted on small talk. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of their work is excellent. I drop off 10-12 dress shirts every week and have never had any issues.
There seems to be no one there to answer the phone when I call. That can get frustrated
They lost my favorite suit. To make matters worse, they called me later that day and questioned if it may have been in with the other suits I picked up. When I picked them up I pointed out to the employee that she only had 6 of my 7 suits that I dropped off and she agreed. To make matters even worse than that-- I had to pay for all 7 suits to be cleaned. So, not only am I without my favorite suit but I still had to pay for it to be cleaned.
