We were hoping this place would be good considering it’s the only dry cleaner in Enumclaw. We had our duvet and shams dry cleaned and when I went to pick it up it was nicely folded and looked great (in the bag). I pulled it out to get it on the bed and to my surprise there were several steam burns. The duvet is high quality and we’ve taken care of it for years, so needless to say sad this happened. I wish they had at least let us know when we picked it up that that had happened versus waiting for us to find out at home.
All different kinds of garments always come back clean and well taken care of, kind people. Has been our go-to dry cleaner for 5 years now.
Been going and paying there high prices for 8 years ! Not good place to get stitching work done at all !!!!!!
Worst dry cleaners ever. Ripped my shirt so bad I had to trash it. Didn’t apologize and laughed in our face. DO NOT GO HERE!
