After forcing me to leave and come back because they “don’t accept cards,” they gave me someone else’s shirt in my large order of over a dozen items right before close on a Saturday when I needed it for an important event on Sunday which they are not open on, by the time I realized it was too late to return it. So now I am forced to buy a new shirt last second due to their negligence. This was my first time picking up an order from here and I will not use or recommend the service in the future due to this terrible experience... read more

Crystal Cleaners is by far the best dry cleaners around. The owners and staff are friendly and professional and treat your clothes as if they were their own. We have been going there for 20+ years for all of our dry cleaning, comforters, suits, shirts, evening dresses and most recently my daughter’s wedding dress. I wouldn’t trust any other dry cleaners.
