I provided my feedback to the team and they apologized and offered to come back and remedy any problems I had. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend but I appreciate the owner or manager who tried to make things right. The team did not follow through with the service as quoted. They left the floors and window sills a mess. I had to have the floors professionally cleaned afterward. I was glad I was home while the service was done. Crystal Clean did an awesome and professional job on the windows in our 2 story house. Loved that they used a rinse solution so the rain water just runs off and leaves no streaking or spots. We definitely have them clean our windows again.
