Toby, the owner of this service was a very nice guy, always on time and showed up as scheduled. **Then one day he didn't show up or call. I've called him a few times and he never returned my calls. I hope he is okay, however as a business owner I don't understand how he could just stop servicing a client with out a call or explanation. We are very disappointed.
This guy is great. He has been servicing my pool for about two months and I am glad he is. Everytime he comes he does a great job and pays attention to the smallest details. Thank you Crystal Clean for doing such a great job!!
