The crew arrived on time and did an exceptional job. I had some additional requirements as we were getting the house ready for sale. Everything I asked was done perfectly. Crystal Clean maintains the interior of VFW Post 2423 in Indian Trail - only the billing comes to my email address. Their work is professional, complete and not limited to the exact specifics of the contract. They go above and beyond and our members and visitors have repeatedly commented on how much better the Post appears since Crystal Clean came aboard.
Overall, a great experience. Very professional, prompt, and responsive. The customer service and service was exceptional. We very much appreciated the tender care taken while cleaning our home. The team treated our home as though they were cleaning thier own home. We've had other cleaners whom were very forceful and a bit careless where you hear lots of banging, beating, and obstruction to the walls and floors, but this was not the case with Crystal Clean Cleaning!
