She is honest, knows about best cleaning products for the job, organized and timely in her work, prompt and good at communicating if is delayed in arrival or conflict unexpectedly comes up.
Crystal and her team do a great job of keeping our Airbnb check-in ready. They let me know if there were any problems created by our most recent guests and are usually easy to get in touch with quickly.
