I went to Crystal clean car Wash today on 2/25/2026 the guy running the place that you can't wash a bucket truck or a skid steer but it's not posted nowhere that you can't try to get me to leave while I still had time on the clock then he started videotaping me he taking pictures and post them to social media I told him go ahead he called the law on my other friend last year because he was washing his skid steer he called the cops on him they showed up tell him there's no signs that says he can't he's just a prick he drives ... read more

Jamie we as u mentioned have been three the same thing with the skid steer. I couldn't find the video of how the man acted but he came and shut my husband sprayer off in the middle of him using it wasting out time on the clock. My husband told him to turn it back on it was posted nowhere equipment couldn't be washed. The guy proceeded to argue then called the cops. It's a car wash... It has water, soap and other chemicals to clean your car. It doesn't serve ice cream. Lol

I've decided to stop trying this car wash. The card readers never work, whether you're at a self service stall or the drive thru touchless. The only option is to carry coins, or pray that the change machine will read your bills. It's 2025, get with the program and invest back into your business so future customers don't waste their time and go somewhere else.
