RecommendedI paid for the biggest wash package but when I went thru, I only got a basic wash. I pulled around to tell the guys what happened. They let me go thru again and get the wash I paid for. Thanks for excellent customer service and my 4 year old was thrilled to have the "hot lava" on my car.
I've had my car washed there a couple of times with no issues. The last time, their machine broke my roof rack. At the very least on I'm sorry would have been okay. But they didn't care. They said they had a sign. I said oh the small sign with the small lettering behind a bush?
Owner does not want to take responsibility for damages to tire his car wash did and tries to belittle you as a person. Lies and tells sheriff officers that I blocked him in from leaving. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB and pursuing legal action against Dwight Lutz. Do not go to this car wash
