I’ve never been so frustrated at a car wash. The staff used dirty towels that had literally been thrown on the floor to clean my car—completely unhygienic and unprofessional. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, he responded angrily and seemed more upset about being called out than addressing the problem. Not how it used to be. I've recently gone a few times and each of those times they've not done a good job- they don't vacuum well nor clean the center console. You pretty much pay for just the car wash itself, everything else just gets rushed and not professional.
