I hope you called them before writing your review! Reviews can be damaging. I'm banking it was either an oversight (statements are mass generated by a computer) or it was an ongoing problem. My children have been patients there for nearly 7 years and have NEVER had a bad experience with the administrative staff. -nor the doctors, but this seems to be an admin. issue so clinical opinions are irrelevant here.
I owed $5.08 to CCP. They sent me a letter saying my children are no longer allowed to be seen there because I didn't pay it. $5.08!!! I have always paid my bill when I take my kids in! Ridiculous!!
