Corey and his helper. Did a beautiful job on my rugs and hardwood floors highly recommend crystal chem-dry They put everything back the way they found it.
Was told my couch would dry overnight - it took at least 5 days, which caused damage and smell to the fabric of the couch from being wet for so long. While they offered to come back I declined because I was not happy with the service and it appeared that the individuals sent to do the job the first time did not know how to use the machine and pull the water back up so I was not interested in allowing them back in my home to cause further damage.
I don't have the names of the two guys that came here. They were very thorough and professional 110% happy thank you so much
Extremely pleased with results of the carpet cleaning they did for my dad. Came on time and did a fabulous job. Bedroom carpet had several stains and I was amaze that Elmer was able to get them all out. Carpet looked like new when he was done. Did great job on the carpet in rest of the house . Will definitely use them next time and highly recommend their services.
Had several rooms cleaned and they did an excellent job. Dining room had stain on carpet which they were able to get out. Used this company previously and will definitely use them again. Extremely satisfied. Highly recommend them.
