I can't say enough about the magic Crystal worked. I never thought I'd be able to own a home with my credit history. We even closed in 4 weeks from the initial offer. Everything went smoothly and she let us know what was needed each step of the way and treated us like friends. All the thumbs up and all of the stars!
What I don’t know about buying a house (condo) would fill a library. My own bank turned me down. A mortgage broker couldn’t get one for me. I called my realtor Kevin Spivey and our agent Megan said call Crystal. If anyone can get you a mortgage, she can. We talked. I explained my “issues”. She promised to do her best. It took her 2 weeks and a lot of patience but she did it. I’m computer stupid and she walked me through it all. She got a lower interest rate than the other 2 could offer. We had a great time working with Crystal! We were first time home buyers and Crystal was able to clarify and breakdown the process so that we could understand and make the best decision for us. She laid out all our options and gave us advice for each. She was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and was a friendly face. We feel great about our purchase and will recommend her to other friends and family!
Crystal was knowledgeable, professional, and available. She always answered calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner. I would definitely work with her again!
