Monet and her team were superb, and the price is by far the most reasonable compared to other services I contacted. She and her team were polite, detail oriented, and intensely focused. Their efficiency was excellent. She has many years of experience and knew which bulbs were discontinued and how to obtain ones that would be a good replacement. For anyone with chandeliers that have become dull or dim, I encourage you to call Monet at Crystal Chandelier Cleaning. What a pleasure to do business with Monet and her team. I needed four chandeliers cleaned after neglect from the pandemic. Monet came with top quality cleaning products, the most abundance of care, and left our chandeliers brilliant and sparkling bright like new! Can't say enough good things about this business.

The team was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about the care and maintenance of chandeliers. They were careful to protect my area rugs when using a VERY tall ladder to reach the chandelier. They also noticed a cobweb/dust in the window through which the chandelier is visible outside and which was certainly out of my reach. They took the extra time and care to dust that area. The bill was precisely what they told me it would be. I highly recommend them!
