This is the worst hotel you can imagine. The dishwasher was broken yet the owner requires you to clean the dishes. They charge you a cleaning fee but refused to do any cleaning other than making the bed. We left two paper towels on the table but got charged $25. This is one of those worst Airbnb experiences that you got everywhere. They charges you a hotel price ($400 per night for us) but offer zero hotel like service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Crystal chalet is way over priced for what you receive. It doesn’t include turn over service or breakfast. Our room, minus the kitchen, was very outdated. There’s no plug ins in the bathroom and a few of the plugs ins in the bedroom area wouldn’t even hold plugs, they’d fall straight out. The mattresses were as hard as rocks. There was no deadbolt or chain lock on our door. If you shut the patio door behind you it locks you out, luckily we figured that out while we had multiple people in the room.
