Crystal chalet is way over priced for what you receive. It doesn’t include turn over service or breakfast. Our room, minus the kitchen, was very outdated. There’s no plug ins in the bathroom and a few of the plugs ins in the bedroom area wouldn’t even hold plugs, they’d fall straight out. The mattresses were as hard as rocks. There was no deadbolt or chain lock on our door. If you shut the patio door behind you it locks you out, luckily we figured that out while we had multiple people in the room. Coming into our stay we were expecting a bit of a dated condo with easy access to the slopes. The location and view were great but the condo was challenging to stomach for the price we paid. The couch was so dated and lumpy we put a sheet over it. And the appliances were difficult to use and needed serious replacement.
