Welcome to Crystal Chalets located on Crystal Mountain Resort! We are situated on a hillside above the Village Inn, just a short walk to the lifts. Being on a hillside affords amazing views but there are MANY stairs to climb to the units (see images below)! Be aware of cancellation policies. I suggest that you sign up for the worry free booking option. My sons ski competition was cancelled at Crystal Mountain, the cancellation policies are not clear. I’ve never reached an actual person all communication is done via text, email, or voicemail with a response time of two or more days. I’m still trying to cancel my reservation from January. Are businesses allowed to operate like this?

Fun day today
Very nice, clean condo. The nearest grocery is 45 minutes away, so we must cook at home. Nice kitchen. We stay here to to visit Sunrise visitor center ( 45 minutes driving) and naches loop ( 30 minutes)
