The most absurd and unnecessary screaming and yelling from a shop manager / owner that I have ever seen. Missing parts on my car, notified him when picking it up and he literally flew off the handle. Not sure but I thought he was going to have a heart attack the way he was yelling and screaming. All over a part that another shop took 10 minutes to replace and they didn't even charge me for. I have and will never take anything or refer them ever again.
