absolutely unbelievably great service. Ben cleaned my 90 year-old brother-in-law's place. He has two dogs, and the upholstery is north of 50 years old. It was really vile. By the time Ben finished, the upholstery had actual color, it was spotless after having been deeply deeply stained. And I don't even want to tell you how bad the rug was. I think he bought my brother-in-law some years of life. Endless gratitude.

Everything was great. We had several rooms that needed stretching in addition to the whole house being cleaned. About 3000 sq ft.Ben was terrific! He did everything in about 4 hours. Highly recommend.

Crystal Carpet recently cleaned my upstairs carpets. Truth be told, they weren't in good shape - lots of stains (kids and pets). After their tech Ben left, it's the best I've seen those carpets in a long time. The price was fair, they arrived on time, the service was great and I felt very comfortable with Ben in my home. Would recommend 10/10.
