Crystal is amazingly talented with blondes! First we did a consultation, complimentary of course. The next week for my appointment we recapped everything we discussed, and voila! The salon is lovely and relaxing and her hospitality is more than gracious! I couldn't be happier with the result. 🤗🤩 Also one of the best haircuts I've had in ages!
I found Crystal to be a sweet person, but disingenuous in accountability when she drastically messed up my hair changing me from a blonde to brunette without my permission. I felt unseen, unheard and disrespected … made to feel it was my fault that she didn’t closely pay attn to 5 pics I showed her, what I was articulately requesting in my hair appt.. & unwilling to own the mistake once we both saw it. After seeing how dark it was, I asked her to atleast put in a couple of blonde foils right then so I wouldn’t leave complete... read more
Crystal is the highest skilled stylist I have ever been to and I’ve been getting hair done for 25 plus years. She keeps herself current on latest trends. She is gracious, patient, kind and accommodating - easy to talk to bc she is cheerful and understanding. The perfect cocktail for a great hair experience!
Best hair service I’ve had in a very long time! Excellent service, hair looks very shiny and feels soft, and the studio was very clean. Crystal is professional and was very positive and attentive!
