I had a disappointing experience at this dentist. The staff was friendly, but the care I received was far from adequate. The dentist seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain my treatment options or address my concerns. I left feeling more confused and frustrated than when I arrived. I expected better attention and professionalism. Would not recommend. I’m disappointed in the fact that I was also charged £26 just to be sent away still with my pain
Went for an Emergency 111 appointment. Absolutely terrible! Receptionists was very kind. However the treatment is so poor! They didn’t even treat me. Literally 1 minute and I was out! They did a cowboy job which I could’ve done myself 🙄 I read the reviews before hand, but thought I’d give it a shot as I was desperately in need. But…. Shocking service! 😪
Horrible place. The dentist is really rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people. They don’t even introduce themselves I wish 111 never directed me to this place horrible place Receptionist was friendly
Worst dentist ever
First of all, I got referred here to have an emergency filling. I came 15 minutes before my appointment which I was told to do so & was seen 30 minutes late. They made me pay before my treatment. Once I had gone inside we had a consultation & the dental nurse told me to just not eat hot or cold food ?????? Baring in mind I have to have a root canal so I’m in excruciating pain.
