Minus 2 stars AVOID!!!This was a 111 referral service. Dentist won't even look at you at the face!! She gives you attitude from the start for no reason, they charge you £27 and make you sing a refundable payment for BAD service!! I wanted to explain and get some advice to deal with my wisdom tooth pain and I felt she just did Not care and rushed me to get out, the appointment lasted like 3 minutes!!

Rude and arrogant dentist, if you get a referral from 111, AVOID this place, there is a reason they make you sign a no refund waiver, because everyone would ask for one. It's a shame for the local residents and people that really need dental assistance. -1 star.

This place is a scam. I was referred from 111. Paid the £27.4 charge and then was ushered into the dental care room. The dentists whacked my teeth without telling me to ask if they hurt (obviously they did), she took an X-ray without telling me, and then told me I needed to go see a dentist for care. I asked if I could have a copy of the X-ray and they refused. I was given a prescription for tooth paste. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was referred here by NHS 111 due to a severe toothache and facial swelling. I paid the NHS Band 1 fee (£27.40), but when I returned after the antibiotics didn’t work, the dentist told me I had to pay £200 to have the tooth removed. AVOID. I feel like I have been scammed . I was referred to this place by 111 so that they could assess how bad the situation is. Thy charge me first and then the woman who attend me spent 5 minutes for a basic examination , afterwards I was given antibiotics and a treatment plan of £1200 by the receptionist.
