Auto car wash stole my money management won't call me back. Also in the past that same car wash damaged my car recently I've only been taking work truck but after this never again

Automatic wash ate my $13 and didn't work. Called and left a message for a refund or remedy with the business line listed and didn't receive a callback 2 days later. I suppose I could try to hound their business for one of the one-off employees that sometimes arrive?

. I am posting this to reach the owner directly, as management refused to take accountability for damaging my car. A few weeks ago, an employee scrubbed my windshield so hard it left a chip. The manager argued with me and insisted it was impossible, even though my dash cam caught the entire thing on camera. The vacuum hoses are often either broken or won’t turn on. But the drive-through car wash is decent.
