WARNING!!! Go there at your own risk! I was there on 8/18/22 and one of their brushes snapped of the drivers side mirror on my 2020 Buick Enclave. The attendant was very nice and had me fill out a damage report. She said the owner would call me in 1-2 days. It has now been 4 days and no has called and no one answers the phone number I was given and their is no voicemail option. This business should NOT be patronized!
I am a frequent user of two different car washes. My most recent experience with Crystal car wash was not satisfactory. I paid for the deluxe, $18. The soap they used was completely brown. My vehicle was still dirty when I got home and inspected it. I returned to complain and the tenant referred me to their website. I emailed a complaint and tried to leave a message, which was unsuccessful. I haven't had a return response. I will not be back.
I had a membership here for over a year. I've taken my vehicles here for as long as I can remember and never had an issue......till recently. After washing my car, I always wipe it down and I noticed scratches. I notified the staff and the "owners" came out stating that there was no way their wash did it and were not willing to help in any manner. Mind you, my car is brand new. They were super aggressive. Recommendedbest carwash in town folks! cant get a cleaner car
They do a great job , my only complaint is the hot air dryer. That is part of the package we pay for and 90% of the time it is NEVER on. Especially in the winter when it’s needed the most.
