What a pleasure! The focusing screen for the view finder dislodged inside my Canon 6D. I assumed this would be simple, but with cameras, one never knows. The woman at the counter, whom I assume is the repairman's wife (but I could be wrong), greeted me, chatted briefly, and immediately took my camera to the back. Within 5 minutes, she was back with the part in place. As she handed it to me, she smiled and said there was no charge. It doesn't get much better than this!

We had a Canon 70-200mm L lens with a manual focus issue, took it here for repair. When we got it home it had another issue inadvertently caused by the first repair. Crystal Camera Repair was quick and fixed the second problem with apologies. Well done Crystal. Would definitely use them again for any Repairs. Very friendly.

I highly recommend this camera shop. We have a 15 year old Nikon and the memory card slot stopped working. They were able to repair the camera in about a week. The sweet lady at the desk is very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend and will return if I have any camera problems.I took in my Pentax for auto focus issues and found out some operator errors were the cause of my problems. They sent me off with some printed instructions and no charge for their efforts. Great people and awesome customer service!
I was having problems with my DSLR camera not wanting to auto focus. I took it in to Crystal Camera Repair on the 11th of this month. They looked it over, tested it out, and was able to tell me what was wrong within 10 minutes. Gave me a very reasonable quote for repair. I decided to go ahead and have it repaired as well as my camera body and lens cleaned. They told me it would be about 10 days but got a call that Monday saying my camera was ready to be picked up. Getting ready for an upcoming trip entailing wildlife photo opportunities, so stopped by to have my 2010 Canon 7D checked out and serviced / cleaned if necessary. Crystal Camera inspected my camera on the spot, prounouned it in good shape for my upcoming travels, and gave me excellent recommendations regarding an extra lens I’m considering purchasing. Haven’t had such excellent service in years! They have my highest recommendation - A++++!
