We first started with Aquatics unlimited when we needed our pop ups repaired in our pool. That job was done well and we decided to just switch our weekly pool service to them. Fast forward to a year later the service really declined. Our pool would be shut off and we were sent an invoice for a part that was needed but no further communication about the issue or what was wrong. Mike installed a pool pump, which went really well. A couple of weeks later the timer went bad. So, I called and asked for a quote. He gave me the price and I asked for it to be installed. After a couple of days, the timer wasn't working properly. It would loose time, about 30 minutes each day. I sent him and text, and he said make sure it is seated properly.
