DO NOT BOOK HERE!! STAY AWAY! I bought a Groupon for this merchant and it was a horrendous experience from the beginning. After purchasing the Groupon did I only see how bad of a experience everyone was having with them. So I wanted to be sure I booked my appointment well in advance so as to not lose out on my Groupon since others have said and she states on her website that you lose the value of the promotion on the expiration date even if you booked your appointment prior to that date. I purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute massage. After waiting 6 weeks, yes 6 WEEKS for an appointment I had to cancel for work reasons. I called 24 hours in advance per the goupon and no one answered the phone. I called again today to confirm they recieved my message and again, they didn't answer. After going to their website to reschedule I see there are no open appointments until AFTER my groupon expires. I wish I never wasted my money here. Hopefully Groupon will refund my money. I purchased a groupon special for both my husband & I for this company, and I wish I never did. First, it took over two weeks to be able to get in for the massage being it's a tiny shop and the owner is the only massage therapist. Secondly, after waiting two weeks for my massage I showed up on time for my appointment only to find out that Amanda (the owner) was in a session with another client.
